You literally can't have too much of these. In terms of development: block, obviously and guard. Blitzing on ST6 with frenzy is really helpful. You're faster than Blorcs, and more reliable than Khorne, and more durable than both - but they'll both probably have the edge in a big scrum. Now with a lot of Blorcs & Khorne showing up it's less common that you'll be starting with a strength advantage from the outset so requires much smarter play to beat teams like that.
I think they used to be a little stronger in the meta when there weren't quite so many high ST teams around. Blockers hold the centre and gradually grind the opposition back 4 x beasts cage around the ball, the rest blitz ahead and screen around to clear a running lane. You'll usually want the beastman who picks up the the ball after kick to be the one who scores the TD. The only exceptions are skaven, elves (except Dark), and perhaps PERHAPS humans occasionally.Ĭhaos are pretty strictly a running game.
